The Queen’s Parlour Tearoom is located in the Castle Museum, which was originally occupied by the greenhouse and later an open terrace, but now is a glass-enclosed room with a spectacular view.

When the Tea Room was in the planning stages, Victorian menus from regional hotels were studied and authentic recipes were collected. From this research of 1890’s culinary arts, the Tearoom’s original menus were created, and have been further developed over the years. The Culinary Arts Team, make and prepare fresh homemade cuisine daily.
