The Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs (HBA) is excited to announce that there will be an impressive 37 homes by 27 home builders, plus the Oakwood Homes Design Center, throughout the Pikes Peak region for the public to experience in the 2018 Parade of Homes. The Parade showcases the latest innovations and design trends in new homes – from completely affordable living to luxury dream homes complete with every amenity imaginable.
The Parade of Homes will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, August 3 through Sunday August 19. Homes are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Prices range from $255,000 to $2,900,000.
Featured communities will be located at Banning Lewis Ranch, Gold Hill Mesa and Flying Horse. In addition to these main sites, many of this year’s homes are scattered throughout the Colorado Springs and Monument area, including some of the finest neighborhoods in the Pikes Peak region.
Tickets are $15 for ages 16 and older. Kids 15 and younger are free. Tickets can be purchased at local Safeway stores, online at or at any Parade home during the Parade.
