Tri-Lakes 4th of July Celebration

The Tri-Lakes 4th of July is a full day celebration. Partake in the pancake breakfast, annual fun run, children’s parade and main parade. The street fair features delicious food, arts & crafts vendors, a street dance and multiple concerts.

Palmer Lake 4th of July Fun Run
Run, skip, gallop, walk, shuffle or hustle on July 4th with your friends and family to support Palmer Lake Elementary School at the 35th Annual July 4th Fun Run! Registration Open!

Pancake Breakfast
St. Peter Catholic Church 55 Jefferson St. 7-10 a.m. – tickets at the door.

Monument Hill Kiwanis 4th of July Parade
The children’s parade begins at 9:30 a.m. and the main parade at 10 a.m.

Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce Street Fair
The Chamber of Commerce will show case a variety of vendors on Second and Washington Streets, to include festival foods, arts, local businesses and non-profits.

Family Friendly Beer Garden in Limbach Park
Beer Garden 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. – Open to all ages, but must be 21 and older to purchase/consume alcohol. No outside alcoholic beverages will be allowed into Limbach Park.

Live music in the Bandshell
Begins after the parade in Limbach Park until 6 p.m.

Live Music at Bliss Studios
Noon to 3 p.m.



Parking in Downtown Monument is extremely limited due to road closures. Spectators are encouraged to come early, park at Palmer Ridge High School or Lewis Palmer High School and ride the bus to and from downtown. Inbound shuttle from 7 am – 9:30 am. Outbound shuttle 11 am – 3:30 pm

Road closures

Street Fair: Second Street and Washington Street are closed from 6 am to 4 pm for the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce Street Fair
Parade Route: Beacon Lite and streets to the west in Downtown Monument will close at 8 am. There is no parking on the parade route of of Old Denver Road, Santa Fe Road, Jefferson Street, Lincoln Street, Front Street, Third Street, and Beacon Lite from 5 am – 1 pm on July 4.


We do not allow tarps or canopies to be staked into the ground. Do not leave canopies or tarps on grass overnight.
Please be mindful of private property.

Food and beverage

A variety of food vendors will be available in the street fair and in Limbach Park. Some of the Downtown restaurants will be open as well. Coolers and non-alcoholic beverages may be brought to the parade and Limbach Park, however onsite cooking is not permitted and only alcohol purchased in Limbach Park may be consumed inside the beer garden boundaries.


Due to the crowds and heat, we encourage you to leave your pets at home.
