Phil Volan and Joleen Bell play beautifully crafted fingerstyle guitar and layer on vocals with beautiful, tight harmonies. 

In 2002, Phil earned 2nd place at the prestigious National Fingerstyle Guitar Championship in Winfield, Kansas.
