Join Colorado Springs photographer Mike Pach for a fall photography workshop at Fountain Creek Regional Park.
Fountain Creek Regional Park is a great place to experience fall in Colorado with its tall cottonwood trees and grasses.
Colorado Springs photographer Mike Pach will guide you on an evening photography workshop that will end at sunset. There will be a moderate amount of hiking involved.
Bring your camera with a variety of lenses, a tripod/monopod, hiking shoes/boots and plenty of water. We will meet at the nature center.
The instruction will concentrate on composition and exposure. Photographers of all skill levels are welcome. Part of the proceeds go to support the Friends of El Paso County Nature Centers.
When registering on the El Paso County website, you need to create a login. Once you login, look for “Active Adults Series: Photography Workshop at Fountain Creek” listed under Bear Creek Nature Center Fall Programs. Even though it’s listed under Bear Creek, the workshop is held at Fountain Creek Regional Park, and we will meet at the Fountain Creek Nature Center. The cost is $20 per person.
The workshop will be limited to 12 participants so everyone will get the help they need with their cameras.
