Restorative Yoga sessions, taught by local yoga Instructor Leigh Spector, are designed to focus on restoring, relaxing, and resolving clarity of both the body and mind.
All routines offer gentle poses, meditations, and movements–including alternative poses for beginners.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel. All ages welcome; all experience levels welcome (beginners through advanced). Drop-ins welcome.
