Erin Malone’s collection, Hover, won the Patricia Bibby Award from Tebot Bach Press and was published in March 2015. The recipient of grants from Washington’s Artist Trust, 4Culture, and the Colorado Council of the Arts, she’s taught writing at UCCS, Richard Hugo House in Seattle, at the University of Washington Rome Center in Italy, and through Seattle Arts & Lectures’ Writers in the Schools program.
Steven D. Schroeder’s second book, The Royal Nonesuch (Spark Wheel Press, 2013), won the 2014 Devil’s Kitchen Reading Award from Southern Illinois University. His poetry has appeared in journals including New England Review, Pleiades, and Verse. He serves as a board member and contributing editor for River Styx magazine, co-directs the River Styx Reading Series, and works as a Certified Professional Résumé Writer.
