Farm-to-table Dinners

Experience a farm-to-table dinner at SunMountain Center’s historic six-acre property in Manitou Springs.

Each farm-to-table evening includes learning about the science behind biodynamic farming with a tour of the gardens and terraces with the farm manager. Following the farm tour, guests will dine al fresco as chef Jeff Jepsen provides a four course, organic, vegetarian, gluten-free meal.

Farm manager Jeremy Tackett explains, “While practicing biodynamics we strive to be as close to the source as possible, to nurture our own connection to nature, and to increase our awareness of our own living environment. After a little over a year of working with the land, selecting seeds, and tending to the organism from dawn-to-dusk daily we are ready to share our bounty with you. Please join us for a tour of the property followed by a true farm-to-table experience, and witness firsthand how we will always be growing.”

Opened in 2016, SunMountain Center features a biodynamic farm on the sprawling property, with gardens and a wide variety of crops ranging from glass gem corn to kohlrahbi to gogi berries. SunMountain is a creative sanctuary for wellness located on a historic six-acre estate in Manitou Springs. The entire center can be reserved for retreats, and individual rooms can be rented, bed & breakfast style. SunMountain is integrated with a thriving biodynamic farm and a living arts program.
