This two hour cooking class will introduce participants to different ingredients from around the world that will boost flavors while remaining cost effective.
This class will use chilies and other spices from different countries, to create flavors that will make your palette go nuts but not break the bank!
Chef Don Louie will start by using the Asian cooking method (wok or stove top smoker) and incorporate different food styles using southwestern spices, chilies, and curries in order to create interesting and delicious flavors.
