Volunteer to promote local arts & culture at our fun festival booth this summer!
Arts Advocates are volunteers who help the Cultural Office to promote local arts & culture at festivals and events each summer. They volunteer for shifts at a booth to promote PeakRadar.com (the region’s cultural calendar), give away free tickets, sign people up for weekly Peak Radar Picks event emails, and answer questions about all the great things there are to do around here! It’s fun and easy.
Arts Advocates are specially-trained to speak about our local arts & cultural community at this 1 hour training, and every volunteer shift really helps us. Even if you aren’t sure how often you’ll be able to volunteer, we encourage you to attend to learn more about local arts and the Cultural Office’s work.
PLUS, free bagels and coffee!
Free. RSVP to email@example.com. Bagels and coffee will be provided.
Please note that this meeting will be held in the Alamo Annex Conference Room, across Tejon St. from Plaza of the Rockies and the Cultural Office’s Arts Info Space, under the blue & white striped awning. Follow the signs! Validated parking is available in the underground parking deck of Plaza of the Rockies.
