We will explore how to effectively make use of the Yoga Wall to support the body in various asanas. While supported in longer holds, you will experience the subtle shifts that support the body on several levels: physiologically, systemically, organically and pranically.
1. Learn to sequence several types of classes including: Restorative, Flow, & Pilates/Resistance Training.
2. Experience the benefits of traction in the spine, shoulders, hips & knees.
3. Improve strength and mobility.
**Must have 200 Hr YTT**
