'Using Photoshop to Create Compositions'

Presented by Colorado Springs Art Guild at PPLD -Library 21c

The demonstration will include examples of how artists can use Photoshop to create and arrange their compositions for their new artworks. Teri A. Brown will show you how to choose a warm or cool palette and color schemes to take to your easel and finish painting. Learn new techniques as we move briskly into the 21st century as professional artists.

As a painter and photographer with artwork in many permanent collections, Teri has won over 120 awards and has been accepted into over 250 juried shows.  She has been represented long term by 19 galleries in New York, Colorado, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Missouri. Her graphics have been published on products sold in Walmart, Home Depot, and as far away as China.

Teri currently teaches art in her own Briargate studio, at Cottonwood Center, the Senior Center, Michaels, and Academy Art & Frame. To learn more about Teri and her work, visit her websites at: www.artspheres.com or at: http://arthaven-studios.pixels.com.

This demonstration session will also be a great opportunity to meet and network with other local artists.
