The focus of these workshops is the development of basic handstand and headstand skills, placing emphasis on proper form and position.These classes will cover the fundamentals of spotting, as well as increasing power and resistance, emphasizing the importance of an adapted warm up. After these classes, students will possess the ability to incorporate handstands and headstands into their daily practices.
