This exciting seminar will explore the various styles of Port and the types of food that enhance the aromas and flavors of Port.
You will enjoy a white Port, Tawny Port, Ruby Port and a 35-year-old Vintage Port.
Alongside these great Ports will be foods that complement the complex flavors of these great wines.

Chef Brother Luck and his eatery were recently named 2015 “Most Cutting Edge Restaurant” and “Best Local Chef” by The Gazette and Colorado Springs Independent.
Brother Luck was the winner of Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay where he won the judges over with his love of pork and also a finalist on Food Network’s Chopped where Alex Guarnaschelli called him “a wizard in the plating department”.
This event will be with our featured winemakers.
In this seminar we will sample some of the best ports available.
We will enjoy 20-year tawny ports and aged vintage ports.

The Wine Festival of Colorado Spring Grand Tasting s is proud to be the best date night in town while featuring over 300 wines plus culinary delights from local restaurants and caterers.
Music will be performed by the Colorado Springs Conservatory.
There will also be a Silent Auction, DJ and Dancing.
