Cyndi Parr



A native of Colorado Springs, Cyndi has been involved with community theater since she was 16 as a costumer for Smokebrush’s Macbeth.

Cyndi has gone on to work on productions for Dragon Theatre Productions, Star Bar Players, Theatreworks, Theatre ‘D Art, The Moody Mystery Touring Company, and the Club of Arts, where she has worked both backstage and onstage in a number of roles.

Some of her favorite projects include:

  • Adapting and Directing Alice in Wonderland for the 40 Thieves Hookah Lounge for Moody Touring Mysteries
  • Making 50 puppets (from 1 inch tall to 10 feet tall) for Theatre ‘D Art’s production of Ubu
  • Serving as special effects for projects like the Lt. of Inishmore
  • Serving on the steering committee from ’07-present
  • Teaching and directing theater through The Club of Arts, and continuing working toward a Community Theater Project
  • Creating various short sketches for the internet through Grumpsters and Youtube

Cyndi currently is active with arts advocate and city counselor Jan Martin through the Chamber Rising Professionals, has volunteered with the Downtown Partnership, and continues to participate in a number of events throughout the city.
