Pikes Peak Library District (PPLD) is the second largest library district in the State of Colorado and regularly places in the top tier of national library rankings. PPLD serves a 2,090 mile service area in El Paso County, including all unincorporated areas and cities of Colorado Springs, Fountain, Manitou Springs, Monument, Palmer Lake, and Calhan.
