Vinaigrettes and Dips
In this demonstration-style workshop Natural Chef Elizabeth Roberts introduces you to making your own fresh, delicious and natural foods for your family and holiday guests. Learn the skills needed to make a variety of vinaigrettes, mayonnaise, hummus, pesto and pâté. There is a $5 food fee payable to the instructor on the day of class to cover tasting, groceries and recipes.
