Nancy Neale Martin, current president of the Pikes Peak Watercolor Society, is an artist and illustrator in watercolor and acrylic. Nancy loves realism but is also about breaking the rules and going where the paint takes her. Nancy’s watercolor, Temptations, is one of her painting on display all this month.
Mary Piche is in love with watercolor. Although she is primarily an abstract artist, she can surprise you with her landscapes and portraits. Her work has been seen in many local venues and judged exhibitions and many pieces are reproduced on her website, www.marypiche.com. Mary is a signature member in Colorado and Pikes Peak Watercolor Societies. An image of Mary’s latest abstract, in acrylic, Reflections in Red, will be displayed.
Joan Judge works in watercolor and acrylics and strives to weave her impression of the many moods of Colorado into her paintings. Joan’s work can be seen at a number of galleries in Colorado Springs and Monument, and she is currently in Colorado Watercolor Society’s New Trends Show at Castle Rock Adventist Hospital. Check for new work on her website at www.joanjudge.com. Joan’s watercolor, Spring Renewal, is one of her paintings on display at the Plaza of the Rockies.
