PPCC Theatre production of the Greek tragedy by Euripides features five major female roles and an all female chorus. All shows take place at the PPCC’s Centennial Campus Theater

After ten years of bloody siege, the Trojan War has finally ended. The Trojan Horse worked, and the Grecian armies were victorious, leaving the slaughtered bodies of  husbands, fathers, brothers, sons of Troy in their wake.

The Trojan Women focuses on the survivors of the war, the women of Troy, who await being divvied up as slaves to the Greek conquerors. A story about the collateral damage and uncomfortable complications of war, this 2,400 year old play continues to haunt and echo through
