“Rhythm and Motion of Africans in the Diaspora: An Extravaganza of African Drumming, Dance, and Fashion” is an event that is a community-oriented, cultural educational experience designed to increase the level of cultural competence regarding African culture and history.

“Rhythm and Motion of Africans in the Diaspora: An Extravaganza of African Drumming, Dance, and Fashion” is an event that is a community-oriented, cultural educational experience designed to increase the level of cultural competence regarding African culture and history.

Proceeds from this event will support the 28th Annual Colorado Springs Citywide Kwanzaa Celebration and ongoing monthly black history and cultural study groups (which are free and open to the community).

ADMISSION INFO

General Public (13 and older): $10

CC Student: $5

Non-CC Student: $10

CC ID Holders: $5

Children (6 to 12): $5

Under age 5 and 70 or over are free.

Ticket donations will be available at the door for a $3.00 additional charge.
