'Pure Color, Bright Light: Inspired by Matisse'
Juried exhibition of artist’s using Matisse’s technique as inspiration.
Cottonwood is thrilled to announce a juried show for March, composed of artists of all mediums, coming from within Cottonwood and from across the region. These artists have taken inspiration from Matisse’s color palette, subject matter, compositional style and emotional expression.

Kinect Dance Collective – Performances in the NSR gallery at 6 p.m., 6:30 p.m., and 7 p.m. throughout exhibition opening.
First Friday Kids Club at Studio 113.
Drop off your child(ren), ages 4 and up, with resident artist Tasha Sprovtsoff in studio 113 for a fun shamrock sun-catcher craft. They will be using torn tissue paper and sticky contact paper to create this fun simple project that your child will take home with him/her.
You can drop off your child(ren) anytime during First Friday, go enjoy all the festivities, and come back to retrieve them by 8 p.m. Parents must remain within the building while children are at first Friday kids club. All supplies will be provided for a small fee ($5-10 suggested donation). Please have them wear clothing you don’t mind getting dirty.
