Orangetheory Fitness' Work out for Aveah Fundraiser

Orangetheory Fitness Colorado Springs will donate $3 for each member who works out, $5 for each non-member who works out, and $10 for each guest who joins as an OTF member!

Aveah is a beautiful six year old little girl, daughter to Ashley and Angel, and sister to brothers Jovanie and Vinny. On Christmas Eve, Aveah had a sudden and odd fall that prompted Mom and Dad to rush her to the E.R. There they discovered that she had become paralyzed from the waist down and had four viruses. She was quickly transported to the Denver Children's Hospital. Due to the viral infections, part of her spinal cord has become inflamed causing damage to nerve fibers. This is called Transverse myelitis. It is a condition that takes only a matter of hours to affect patients. Doctors are trying to keep if from spreading into her other limbs. The family lives in Colorado Springs and commuting to Denver is taking a toll on all of them. Aveah's brothers have gone back to school and the parents are doing a lot of traveling. In addition, while she is being cared for in the hospital, Ashley and Angel will be trying to find and move to a different home without stairs or something they can make wheelchair accessible. OTF Colorado Springs wants to help the family with the mounting unexpected costs. Please consider working out for Aveah on February 14th! She is a special little girl that we would love to help!
