Moroccan Spices & Flavors - A Taste of Africa (#2043)

Moroccan cuisine is influenced by Morocco’s interactions and exchanges with other cultures and nations over the centuries. Moroccan cuisine is typically a mix of Mediterranean, Berber, and Andalusian cuisine. Our friends at Savory Spice Shop, who have traveled to southern Spain for cooking classes, have offered an opportunity for us to have a taste of Africa with its exotic flavors and spices. We will focus on the spices and flavors of Morocco and enjoy food tastings of kebabs, salad, tagine (a special Moroccan dish made with savory and sweet ingredients), beverages, including mint tea, and dessert.
