Learn and enjoy the art of making authentic Mexican tamales.
In this class, you will make tamales with salsa verde (green salsa) and either pork or chicken.
The class will go through the whole tamale process: preparing the masa (using bare hands or gloves if preferred), preparing the corn husks, fixing the tamales by filling, folding and steaming. During the steaming time, the class will be able to make the salsa used for the filling.
