Never heard of Edward J. Powers? He was a Chicago bootlegger and gangster and he is here today to tell the story of prohibition from the 1880s. WCTU through the end of it all in 1933. Colorful guy. We call him Fast Eddie, and he was an entrepreneur and businessman who provided those goods and services that are deemed by the government as illegal.
