After 24 years of serving the community, the African American Voice newspaper will be hosting Juneteenth Caribbean Heritage Festival 2015 at Hillside Community Center (corner of Fountain and Institute), Colorado Springs.. They will be celebrating, Juneteenth’s 150th Anniversary!
This event is free and open to the public, and there will be live entertainment as well as a variety of food options. The festival runs from Noon to 6pm on both days.
Bring a blanket or chairs to sit outside in the park.
