JAM FAC

The FAC will JAM with a street art festival to officially open the exhibition, El Mac: Aerosol Exalted. Join us for a family-friendly celebration of urban artistic expression – graffiti art, breakdancing, DJs and live music, and street food.This event is free with paid general admission to the museum. General admission is $12 for adults, museum members and kids 12 and under are free. Here’s what to expect:

*Graffiti demos in the FAC courtyard by El Mac and local artist, FuseOne
*B-Boy Battle – team competition
*Music by DJ Gravity, DJ Prominent and DJ Lazy Eyez
*Performances by MC Stoneybertz, BullHead*ded, and The ReMINDers
*Demos by Pikes Peak Trickers
*Food Truck Service by Piglatin Truck Ltd a…nd The Heavenly Dessert Company (not just desserts!)

The Fine Arts Center is proud to present JAM FAC in conjunction with Colorado College, where a presentation by rapper, emcee, producer, and author, Chuck D, will be featured at 7:00pm, sponsored by the NEH Professorship.
