Not only can the word inversion bring up many different reactions and emotions, it can also be accomplished in many different asana.
In this workshop, you will experience inversions in forward folds and with the use of the straps on the Yoga Wall.
If comfortable, slowly transition to relying on your own strength and courage to balance on your own. Prep poses, along with variations of headstand and handstand will be the main focus.
