The African American Historical and Genealogical Society of Colorado Springs is holding an open house at the AAHGSCS Museum to celebrate 36 years.

The African American Historical and Genealogical Society of Colorado Springs is holding an open house at the AAHGSCS Museum to celebrate 36 years: 1981-2017.

Refreshments will be served.

Featured displays tell the stories of the African-American citizens who lived and worked in the Pikes Peak Region and include historical information on police officers, firefighters, Buffalo Soldiers, Tuskegee Airmen, and others.
