Gallery 113 Features Artists’ Margarete Seagraves and Susan Bandy in July

Seagrave’s paintings are inspired by her native Germany and European travels. Her studio in Monument is where her abstract expressionism comes to life. Color, shapes and textures reflect the southwestern beauty, which surrounds us.

Bandy traveled in Europe for thirteen years visiting every major museum between Stockholm to Madrid. She taught art for thirty-five years in the school system and studied, earning her masters in art from Purdue. She is currently a student of Martha Mann. She exhibits her paintings and photography nationally.
