The Rocky Mountain Military Affairs Society hosts a free public lecture, “Escape from Manchuria:  Japan Civilians and the Soviet Union at the End of World War II,” presented by Paul Maruyama, Lt. Col. USAF (Ret.).  The RMMAS seeks to educate the public about warfare and military issues, past and present, through presentations and publications by scholars and other subject matter experts.
