Join us for a mindful and interactive exploration of how to nourish your body with healthy & delicious food choices, strategies that provide proper sleep hygiene, and the benefits of moving your body.
This is a four-week workshop taught by UCCS faculty and experts in their respective fields. You will learn incredibly useful and interesting information: strategies for healthy eating, healthy sleeping, and healthy moving!
