At the end of our yoga teacher training class, the trainees pick a local charity to donate to through a donation-based class. The teachers donate their time and all collected donations go to TESSA of Colorado Springs. It is a fun, dynamic way to give back to your community and celebrate the next step in these wonderful teachers’ journeys.
Join Yoga Mountain Shadows’ fall 2016 teacher training class for their graduation class. As a way of giving back to our community for helping support these wonderful teachers through their training, the graduating teachers will teach a donation-based yoga class.
