We feature local music with each musician bringing fun, danceable music all weekend long.
Stimulate your child’s creativity as they experience various art-related activities. Our Kid’s Art Activities Booth allows children to express their creative side with a hands-on art. We offer face painting for young and old. Kids of all ages will enjoy watching balloon artistry by Dwayne Faux. Jim Jackson from the MAT helps kids add color to the air by creating giant bubbles. These activities introduce children to art in fun, exciting ways.
Park for free across from Manitou Springs Memorial Park, or avoid the parking crush when you park along Manitou Avenue and catch one of the FREE Shuttles running up and down Manitou Avenue. The shuttles stop at all the Metro Bus stops along Manitou Avenue to deliver Art Patrons to Memorial Park.
Meet friends for lunch before exploring the art booths. Our nine food vendors a wide variety of exotic and familiar foods in a tree-shaded food court. The food booths are diverse and offer some tasty treats rarely found at other festivals.
Our food vendors, sponsors, and community volunteers work with Commonwheel to create a sustainable Waste Wise Festival. The 2015 festival was 70% waste-free. Learn more about sustainable living at the Transition Town’s Booth.
Local businesses have donated art, entertainment, or dining prizes for our free prize drawing at the Information Booth.
This family-friendly festival features something for everyone: great art shopping, tasty food, a small beer/wine garden, original music, art related activities for kids, and more!
