Colorado Springs Youth Symphony Fall Auditions

Eight concert groups. Over 350 talented young musicians from more than 60 Pikes Peak region schools. Local, national and international stages; 60-70 performances; nearly 40,000 listeners, all in one season. Got what it takes? We invite you to audition for the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony Association! Auditions for open positions for the 2016-17 Season will take place on Saturday, September 10.

Our students are part of a “…model program for student development”* which provides once-in-a-lifetime experiences, including music camps, performing tours, leadership classes, music theory instruction, a solo competition, exposure to all forms of band and orchestral literature, chamber music ensembles, and community collaborations.
