Call For Art: 1st Annual Art on the Avenue

Come join us and celebrate the wonders of art in the historic district of Old Colorado City!

Requirements 

• Media Images – 1-3 images needed
• $20 Entry Fee. With up to 2 additional submissions at no charge.
• Colorado Artist Only – must be a resident of Colorado

Awards 

• Selected Colorado artists each receive a $100 honorarium
• All selected Colorado artists are also eligible for the following awards selected by a Jury Panel:
  • $400 Juror Award: First Place
  • $300 Juror Award: Second Place
  • $200 Juror Award Third Place
  • $100 Juror Award Fourth Place
• This year represents the 1st year of this program, and up to 4 Colorado artists will be selected to exhibit.

Timeline 

• 01/02/19: Call for Entry
• 02/28/19: Call for Entry Submission deadline
• 03/22/19: Selection of artists
• 05/20/19 – 05/31/19: Installation of works
• 06/01/19: Exhibit Opening / Presentation of Juror Awards
• Exhibit Closing / Work reclaimed by artists in May 2020
