Blacksmith Demonstration - The Garden of the Gods Gateway Adventure Series

Andy Morris, Rock Ledge Ranch manager and blacksmith, will demonstrate traditional blacksmithing in the recreated 1890 smithy at Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site. He will forge items the  old fashioned way using hammer and hand and fire and anvil!  So plan to drop by for an interesting and entertaining time!

Garden of the Gods Visitor & Nature Center is pleased to present the NEW Garden of the Gods Gateway Adventure Series. The series will feature the top naturalists, interpreters, historians and many special guests to present an array of exciting presentations, demonstrations, walks and hikes. The series will inform and educate the community on the many unique aspects of Garden of the Gods Park while encouraging environmental awareness of this National Natural Landmark.
