The Rocky Mountain Military Affairs Society hosts Dr. John Farquhar, Dept. of Military and Strategic Studies, USAF Academy for a free public presentation "Arctic Linchpin: The Polar Concept in American Atomic Air Strategy, 1946-1948." The RMMAS seeks to educate the public about warfare and military issues, past and present, through presentations and publications by scholars and other subject matter experts.
