Altezza Trio Presents "Journey to the New World"

Acclaimed Altezza Trio comprised of world class artists who reside in Colorado Springs present a program titled “Journey to the New World”. Every piece or composer on the program has a story that starts in old Europe and ends in America. Hints of styles like jazz and klezmer, opera and movie scores – all included in this exciting concert. Music by Menotti, Chopin, Poulenc and Schoenfield. Performed by Karine Garibova (Violinist Veronika String Quartet), Sergei Vassiliev (Principal Clarinetist Colorado Springs Philharmonic), and Angelina Gadeliya (Piano Professor University of Connecticut).
