503W: Craft Beer Dinner with Odell Brewing

 Join us for 503W's Craft Beer Dinner featuring Odell Brewing Co. We promptly start at 7pm (tickets must be purchased in advanced. You can also purchase them at location). Meet the beer reps from Odell Brewing Co and 503W's Chef Rollie, in a memorable tasty menu catered just for you. Free giveaways and a great way to meet new people.
Menu*:
1. Levity: Light Amber Ale
Paring: Mix greens with candied walnuts, sliced blueberries and pears. Served with a pear & herb vinaigrette.
2. Easy Street Wheat: Wheat Ale
Paring: Sticky orange ginger chicken with coconut sweet rice cakes. Served with grapefruit and orange glaze and coconut, honey yogurt foam.
3. Udderly Cherry: Sweet Milk Stout
Paring: Stout&cherry braised short ribs. Served with a plum and prune sauce. Dusted with smoked espresso and dark chocolate.
4. Comes and Goes: Sour
Pairing: Lemon poppy seed and coriander bread sandwich with Carmel whip cream with yogurt covered pretzels and drizzled with a sour beer syrup.
Parking is located in back, along Koscove, Burt's Auto, or Western Omellete (after 3pm).
