Over 300 handbell ringers will converge on the City Auditorium Feb. 14 for the 32nd Annual Southern Colorado Handbell Festival. The massed festival concert will be directed by nationally renowned composer/conductor/performance arts educator, Timothy Waugh, from Colorado Springs. The festival concert starts at 7:30 PM with a theatre organ/sing-a-long concert at 7 p.m.
