VI Marketing and Branding's 2nd Annual Carne Diem Chili Cook-Off is coming. Prepare yourself for a hefty hodgepodge of heat and a mouthwatering mishmash of meat.

Over 25 different chilis to taste, including recipes from MacKenzie’s Chop House, José Muldoons, Phantom Canyon, Coquette’s, Green Line Grill, Cucuru Gallery Cafe and La Casita. Live music from Rawbert and beer available for purchase.

Just $10 per person for 3 bowls of chili and all the tastes you want, all proceeds benefit Project COPE and the Pioneers Museum. We’ll meat you there.
