It all started when I was in second grade when I turned on a flashlight to "light a fire" and said "There you go, Cindy. Nice and bright now." That break-through performance led to the part of "Ribsy" in Mrs. Whitman’s 3rd grade adaptation of the classic Beverly Clearly book. Through small and big roles in community and school theater I was able to hone my acting and directing skills. In 2004, I became a founding member of the Springs’ premiere improv comedy troupe "Stick Horses in Pants". Primarily a self-taught troupe, we’ve grown from performing in living rooms to packing out theaters with 300+ spectators. Over the next few years my co-founders and I have taught dozens of others the humorous trade of improv and hope to one day take our show on the road to tour the country and bring our down-home, family-friendly show to the masses.
