Having earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design, I take inspiration from the nuances of composition and positive/negative space relationships to create visually complex, ornate artworks. I use mainly found or re-purposed materials to construct clocks and jewelry. I love to experiment with color and texture, especially in three-dimensional pieces. I am very creative and enjoy challenging myself by making beautiful things out of commonplace objects. My work is meant to inspire double, triple and even quadruple takes. Please visit studio number 245 at the Cottonwood Center for the Arts in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to see my jewelry, clocks, paintings and other eclectic, original creations.
